You begin your tour in Seattle. Heading north, cross into Canada headed for the Kamloops, gateway to the Canadian Rockies. This scenic drive leads us past towering Mount Revelstoke, Glacier National Parks to Yoho. Spend two nights in Golden where the Kicking Horse River runs through the valley.

The following day, choose from a hike in the mountains to enjoy the scenery or experience the raging river first hand on a half-day white water rafting trip. Day two you can try out the hiking trails that overlook the Takakkaw Falls or canoe on the magnificent Emerald Lake.

Next, head for Banff taking the scenic route travelling past Lake Louise. Sunset in Banff that evening can be taken whilst soaking in the mineral hot springs. Sunset is followed by dinner and music to top off the evening nicely. Our two nights in Banff will allow plenty of time for renting bikes, taking a helicopter flight over this beautiful national park or canoeing on the Bow River. Those who are up for an adventure can opt for an outstanding half-day Bourgeau Lake hike. Wildlife abounds and you may even have the chance to see the bears native to this part of the world.

From Banff, journey northwards through the Icefields Parkway and the heart of the Rockies, one of the best drives in the world. The turquoise waters of Peyto Lake are brilliant which winds through the beautiful mountain terrain. Traverse part of the Athabasca Glacier on a guided hike.

You have reached Jasper National Park. Opt for a cable car to Whistler Mountain for a panoramic view. The following day take time to visit Mt. Edith Cavell for amazing views of Angel Glacier, hike or bike the glorious lakeside scenery. Here lies the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies Mt. Robson standing at 3954m. Arrive at your hotel in caribou country and take time to relax and enjoy the swimming pool. Opt for an afternoon horseback ride before enjoying dinner and the hotels’ whirlpool and sauna to recover those aching muscles.

Cross the Camelsfoot Range and drive along the Fraser River on a beautiful route to Vancouver. Upon arrival to Vancouver enjoy a short tour through Chinatown and Stanley Park to see the totem poles. The afternoon is free for more exploration in this spectacular city. Dinner in historic Gastown brings an end to your day and offers a perfect setting for reliving the trip so far.

Your final day will take you back into America before reaching your final destination of Seattle. Enjoy the Pike Place Market; sample the best coffee in America or microbeers. Take time to see the waterfront and take a trip to the top of the Space Needle.
