Cape Town provides the perfect environment for your volunteer experience. With some of the most beautiful coastline in the whole of Africa and a near year-round climate, it is highly regarded as one of the most idyllic cities in the world. However, outside of the city, the prosperity comes into contact with the absolute poverty of the migrant populations, making the wealth gap more apparent. Through your volunteer teaching and sports coaching efforts, you can help a number of people from one of many Townships and hopefully make an impact on their lives.  

Getting There
It is possible to fly into Cape Town with a number of International Airlines from the UK. Airlines such as South African Airways, British Airways and Virgin all fly direct, with a number of other carriers flying via other European cities. The direct flight time is about 10 hours. Upon your arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to the hostel in Cape Town.
