How did you feel before you joined the programme?
Excited about what was to come and excited to be around people with the same aim.
How did Gap Year For Grown Ups assist you with your expectations?
They were available to talk to even though I was already in India. |
What was the accommodation like?
The hotels and home stay were very comfortable. The camp was a bit of a shock at first but it was soon home and I wish I was back.
What did you think of the programme?
The pre-programme was excellent and the staff all the way through were friendly, very helpful and made our trip a lot of fun. The whole trip was the most memorable part!
MacLeod Ganj was an absolute treasure to see and be there. It felt like I was in Tibet, peaceful and calming. The yoga classes were excellent, the camp and village felt like home. |

What advice could you offer to someone considering this project?
Just jump straight in there, enjoy every part of it and experience every minute of every day.
Be open to everything, try everything and talk to everyone and want to learn and change. |
