Spend time learning the language before taking part in a community volunteer project helping Costa Rican children with the choice of working in an orphanage, home, school or day care centre.
For an exhilarating adventure you can white water raft and swing through trees on a canopy tour, and there will also be time to relax on Costa Rica’s stunning beaches.
