The Language Schools
The Guatemala language school programme is a great way to help you learn the language or brush up on your Spanish skills. Learning basic conversational Spanish leads to a more rewarding Latin American experience by being able to speak to the local people and learn more about the rich Guatemalan history and culture.
Antigua Language School
The school is located in a beautiful old colonial building a few blocks from the central park in Antigua. The school organises a full programme of cultural activities and sightseeing excursions, including, orientation walks, salsa dance classes, Spanish movies, visits to local markets and other areas of interest. The city of Antigua is a popular place for travellers.
Jocotenango Language School
Jocotenango is set in a rural town, surrounded by hills just outside Antigua. It benefits from a quiet location and is ideal for those looking to escape the lively backpacker scene. Jocotenango is also the where the Guatemala Building Houses Volunteer Project is based.
