Indian Cooking Programme
The programme is located in the Pink City of Jaipur, India.
India The Indian sub continent is one of the most rewarding regions in the world to visit. Its scenery is varied and exciting, with a colourful, vibrant culture, influenced by traditional Hindu religion, mixed with aromatic spices of the east, Yoga, meditation, music and its many festivals. India is a place to return to time and time again.
Free Time There will be plenty for you to do in your free time. Some participants plan excursions to local points of interest, whereas others will just take the time to relax. The surrounding area has so much to offer and in your free time you can use the opportunity to explore the many magnificent temples and places of historical and cultural importance.
You will be staying in Jaipur, known as India’s Pink City, whose bazaars selling embroidered leather shoes, tie dye scarves and blue pottery are well worth a visit.
Getting There You will need to arrange your flights into New Delhi Airport where you will be met and taken to a Delhi hotel where you will have one night’s accommodation before you start your orientation. (Arrival outside the stipulated hours will result in a special taxi pick up needing to be arranged at an extra charge).
