Programme Itinerary

Day 1
 Arrival in Delhi (no meals)

Day 2 Transfer to Agra, visit to Taj Mahal (B)

Day 3
 Transfer to Jaipur, Orientation starts (B,D)

Day 4
 Orientation programme and Amber Fort visit where you will have an Elephant ride! (B,L,D)

Day 5
 Morning cooking class. In the evening all participants will visit a local family to have a special Family dinner (B,L,D)

Day 6
 Pushkar camel safari excursion (B,L,D)

Day 7
 Return to Jaipur (B,L,D)

Day 8
 Morning cooking class and visit to the street kitchen in the evening. This involves visiting a few select places where food products are made for regular consumption on the street.  These include spicy snack vendors, roadside restaurants, and sweet makers.  This excursion will show you where Indian people purchase some of their everyday food. (B,L,D)

Day 9
 Morning cooking class and dinner at a traditional Rajasthani hotel in the evening           (B,L,D)

Day 10-12
 Morning cooking class (B,L,D)

Day 13
  Free day in Jaipur

Day 14
  Morning departure to Delhi and fly back home for 2 week participants (B)
  Free day in Jaipur for 3 week participants (B,L,D)

Day 15 – 19
 Morning cooking classes continue for 3 week participants(B,L,D)

Day 20
 A day excursion to the countryside which will involve a visit to a village nearby to Jaipur, where you will get to see a few rural family homes, their everyday life and their food preparation routines and ingredients. (B,D)

Day 21
  Morning departure to Delhi and fly back home (B)
