International Certificate of Vaccination

The International Certificate of Vaccination is approved by the World Health Organisation as an official document verifying that proper procedures were followed in administrating vaccinations for foreign travel. This document can then be used to demonstrate receipt of required vaccinations for entry into foreign countries and is designed to fit into a passport.

These certificates are issued by doctor's surgeries and health clinics.
