Jackaroo Cowboy School
Train to be an Aussie cowboy or cowgirl! Experience life on a ranch in the outback on a 5 or 11 day school at our ranches in New South Wales. |
You will be taught the fine art of Australian farming and traditional ranch skills, including:
- Horse riding
- Mustering
- Milking cows
- Saddling and swimming with horses
- Throwing a lasso
- Fence construction
The ranch is a working sheep and cattle station. Set in 4600 acres in the beautiful hillside on the Mulla Creek area of northern New South Wales.
Programme Options
Take part for 5 or 11 days. The school caters for all levels of riding ability from absolute beginners to experienced riders. On the 11 day programme you'll learn the same skills but you will have more time to familiarise yourself with the cowboy/cowgirl profession. After the course, upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate proving your skills.

Prices: 5 day school £349, 11 day school £519
Family bookings: Children between the ages of 13-18 are accepted from May to July if accompanied by an adult.
How to book & pay:
Deposit £195 to secure place, balance due 12 weeks before departure.
