Gap Year For Grown Ups offers a number of opportunities to take part in medical volunteer projects abroad. By joining a medical volunteer project abroad you will have the opportunity to have first hand experience in assisting medical staff and working closely alongside local communities.
Not all of our medical volunteer projects abroad require you to have medical qualifications. Whilst previous experience will allow you to take a more hands on role, volunteers are still able to shadow and assist medical staff providing a fantastic opportunity to learn about medicine.
