The 6-week Summer Camp
This is a unique programme which allows you to experience China and teach English during the Summer. These are special Summer ‘Camps’ which we have set up so that Chinese students have the opportunity to learn English throughout their school holidays. You will act as Camp Counsellors organising activities, teaching English, organising games, songs etc…
The focus of this Camp is to introduce the children to the English Language and to improve the spoken English of the Chinese students.
This programme will commence in July for 6 weeks, with opportunity for independent travel after the programme if you wish.
The six-week programme is made up as follows
- Week one - On arrival into Beijing you will be met at the airport and you will have one weeks Camp leadership training and orientation.
- Weeks two and three –These 2 weeks will be spent at the Summer Camp school teaching English to the students.
- Week four –This will be spent having a farewell at the first Camp and making your way to the second camp to include an orientation for the second camp too.
- Weeks five and six - these weeks will be spent at the other Summer Camp school.
You will receive a salary of 1500RMB per month for this programme. All your meals and accommodation are included throughout the Summer Camp.
