Voluntary work in Peru

Voluntary work in Peru is an extremely rewarding way to experience another side to life when you are travelling in one of South America’s most exciting countries. Most importantly, of course, voluntary work in Peru is all about giving up just a small part of your gap year or career break in order to ‘give something back’ on your career break in Peru. However, by working alongside local people on a daily basis, voluntary work in Peru is also the best possible way to immerse yourself in local culture.

Peru voluntary work

If you want to do some Peru voluntary work you can choose from a number of volunteer projects. For example, your Peru voluntary work involve wildlife, there are opportunities to work in a remote region of the Amazon on a river turtle conservation project as well as work dedicated to protecting dolphins off Peru’s Pacific coastline. Or your Peru voluntary work could involve helping people, you could work on a project helping care for physically and mentally handicapped children.
