USA J1 Student Summer Programme

This USA gap year programme is exclusive to University students who are looking for summer jobs in America. USA has so much to offer in terms of work and travel, it is a great place to spend your summer break. So, if your still a student, you should consider this programme while you still have the opportunity.
Interested? See if you qualify…you must be:
- Between the ages of 18 and 30 years old
- Able to prove you are returning to the UK at the end of the summer
- Currently enrolled at a UK university
J1 student visa - maximum 3 months work & 1 month travel
Any UK university student who wants to spend 2-4 months in the USA during Summer 2008, this is the programme for you. There is the option to take one of our jobs or find your own.
You will have a 2 day orientation in NYC and time to see the sights before starting work.
Programme Options
Self Arranged - Find your own job before you travel to the USA, the visa permits you to work in most any job except teaching, health and childcare. Contact employers and get a written job offer from them. We have helpful guides on how you can find work in the USA.
Full Service - Take the easy option! Through our American partner we are able to acquire and offer you a job based on your preferences. All jobs are casual summer positions, you may have accommodation offers included. Jobs include kitchen help, maintenance, amusement parks, sales, service work and housekeeping.
