Voluntary work in Zambia

Voluntary work in Zambia is an extremely rewarding way to immerse yourself in the culture and everyday life of a country that’s undoubtedly one of Africa’s best kept secrets. When you do some voluntary work in Zambia you will be working alongside local people on a daily basis gaining a unique insight in to what life is really like in this part of Africa in the process. Above all, however, voluntary work in Zambia is all about giving up just some of your time on your Zambia career break in order to help those less fortunate than yourself.

Zambia voluntary work

Both of the Zambia voluntary work programmes are dedicated to providing care and support to some of the Zambia’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged children, many of whom have been orphaned as a result of Africa’s AIDS epidemic. Volunteers can support the Zambia voluntary work programmes by coaching sports to providing assistance at a medical clinic.

Zambia Lion Rehabilitation and Release

Discover stunning Zambia on this unique programme as you assist with lion walks, gather research and teach conservation, all of which will help to achieve the ultimate aim of the project; to release wild borne offspring from captive bred lions into appropriate national parks for their survival.
