Learn to surf at one of South Africa's best surfing beaches and then and then use these great new skills to teach some of the amazing local children.

Learn to sail, in paradise. Start from scratch or build on what you know to gain one of three certificates. Hands-on experience, expert theory tuition and onboard accommodation make for a comprehensive programme.

Head out to some of South-East Asia’s best diving stops to begin or advance your scuba-ing adventures! You will be spending your time on and around the Thai island of Koh Tao, where there will be a number of great PADI dive courses for you to pick from - from open water right up to instructor!

Join our Swaziland Community Sports Project and help to coach sports and support community projects, whilst experiencing the enriching and unique culture of this mysterious and enigmatic African kingdom.

Gain the skills and qualifications to explore marine life below the surface. Take part in classroom training, real dives and a three-day trip to the Great Barrier Reef, and get an internationally recognised certificate.

Teach English and computer skills in the morning and organise sports sessions in the afternoons. The lessons will greatly improve the children’s prospects, while sport will keep them fit and give them a chance to enjoy themselves.

Join the Tai Chi and Cultural Experience to feel relaxed, recuperated and invigorated. You will be based in the stunning Fujian province spending time learning two forms of Tai Chi and enjoying the sights and culture of the surrounding area.
